Our academy is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer a variety of flexible sessions, including full days and half days (morning or afternoon), to accommodate the schedules of working parents. Please note that we are closed on weekends and standard public bank holidays.
Child safety is our absolute highest priority. Our premises are equipped with secure, keypad-controlled entry systems and monitored by CCTV. All of our staff undergo rigorous background screening, including enhanced DBS checks, and hold up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certifications. We also enforce strict drop-off and collection protocols so that children are only ever released to authorized individuals.
Yes, absolutely! We believe that fresh air and outdoor play are crucial for healthy development. All children, from our babies to our pre-schoolers, have daily access to our secure, purpose-built garden spaces. Our outdoor areas feature sensory gardens, mud kitchens, and age-appropriate climbing equipment, allowing children to explore and learn in nature every single day.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to guide and monitor your child’s individual development. When your child joins us, they are assigned a dedicated ‘Key Person’ who focuses on their specific milestones and well-being. We also provide parents with access to a secure online portal where we regularly share updates, photos, and progress observations, keeping you fully connected to your child’s daily learning journey.
